Catalogue of heating-cooling panels
Panels catalogues for the InstalSystem package include prefabricated wall and ceiling panels (with a loops placed in the filling) and water steel radiators. Based on the catalogue data and the preset parameters of the installation, hydraulic calculations are made, along with the determination of the thermal (heating and/or cooling) capacity of the panels (according to the calculation standards given in the article: Radiant systems design). Elements from the cataloque used in the project are included in the automatically generated bills of materials. The InstalSystem package includes a neutral catalog of wall and ceiling panels and extended library of company catalogues (check the list: Partners offering company versions of programs and catalogues).
The range of product types that can be included in the catalogue
Different types of panels can be placed in the cataloque:
- Prefabricated panels (ceiling, wall) with loops placed in the filling (plaster, graphite or other),
- Water steel radiators.
The range of data used
- Products’ names and catalog codes,
- Products’ pictures and short notice “About the company” information, if the catalogue preparation order includes preparation of graphical catalogues,
- Technical data:
- Information concerning application (e.g. heating, cooling),
- Possible localization (wall, ceiling),
- Panels’ dimensions,
- Localization and diameters of connection points,
- Information concerning items (pipes, fittings) required for panel connection,
- Supply temperature allowed,
- Information with methods of mounting panels in groups (distance between panels in both directions and distance from walls),
- Heating and cooling capacity for panels for the set parameters, as well as information to convert them to any parameters,
- kvs value or data for panel pipe (length, internal diameter and roughness coefficient) for pressure loss calculation,
(optional) Re value that causes panel output efficiency reduction when is exceeded and what percentage it is, - Max. velocity of medium flow through panel,
- Panel components for radiant ceiling panels consisted of many parts with different and separate Art. No.
