Catalogue of radiant heating and cooling systems (basic)
The catalogues of radiant heating and cooling systems for the InstalSystem package include elements for design heating/cooling systems (floor, ceiling and wall), e.g.: pipes, manifolds, system plates, insulations, couplings, necessary fittings and automatic control components dedicated to these systems. As a result of the calculations, in addition to a set of thermal and hydraulic parameters, the program automatically generates a detailed bill of materials. The InstalSystem package includes a neutral cataloque with basic underfloor, wall and ceiling heating/cooling systems and a very extended library of company catalogues (check the list: Partners offering company versions of programs and catalogues).

- Products’ pictures and short notice “About the company” information, if the catalogue preparation order includes preparation of graphical catalogues,
- Technical data:
- Information concerning application (e.g. heating, cooling),
- Max. operating temperature and max. operating pressure for pipes,
- Roughness coefficient and thermal conductivity coefficient for pipes,
- Diameters for pipes, fittings, manifolds, etc.,
- Lengths (coils) in which pipes are delivered,
- Wall thickness for pipes,
- Min. and max. medium velocity approved for pipes,
- Dimensions of bar manifold (for graphical presentation and also for cabinet’s sizing),
- Hydraulic data for regulating valves on supply and return on manifold bars – flow meter, reg. screw, thermostat (operating range, Kv/Kvs, presets – depending on accessories),
- Technical data for manifold’s accessories:
- Dimensions of fitting’s sets,
- Technical data for valves, sets for heat meter mounting,
- Working schemes and additional information concerning accessories included in mixing units (valves – Kv/Kvs and presets, pumps – operation characteristics or pump’s producer and model),
