Difficulties in telephone contact with the technical support department
Due to the current epidemiologic situation, part of the InstalSoft team is constrained to stay at home. This situation may tamper contact with our Technical Support Team and lengthen response time. For this reason, we are kindly asking you to issue all questions or problems via mail info@instalsoft.com or via Error Report in the program Package Manager.

由于新一代InstalSystem 5将达到完全取代版本4的功能，InstalSystem 4软件包的更新将逐渐受到限制。现在，我们已经降低了更新的频率，以每2-3个月发布一次版本4的更新。
InstalSystem 4中提供的目录也会在InstalSystem 5软件包中出现。InstalSystem 5软件包将会逐步成为包含所有最新合作伙伴产品数据库的主要的软件。

InstalSystem 5
InstalSystem 5软件包增加了一个新的模块 - 供冷系统。该模块支持从源到供冷末端整套供冷装置的安装设计。其新颖之处在于，任何类型的辐射系统（布置在地板、墙壁或天花板上的盘管以及辐射板）都可以包含在完整的供冷系统装置中进行设计。
在进行辐射系统供暖供冷设计计算选型时，还可选用供冷优先功能，以及让冷源为特定的房间服务。供冷系统也可使用与在InstalSystem 4中使用的供冷末端类似的其它供冷末端。
