Pipes and fittings catalogues for heating, water supply and cooling
Every MEP&HVAC installation, in order to function properly, requires the use of systems of pipes, fittings and couplings enabling distribution of the working medium (water or mixtures) from the source to the receivers. Catalogues for the InstalSystem package include pipes made of various materials together with fittings (through-connections, reducers), couplings, nipples, elbows, tees and other components of the distribution system. During the calculation, the distribution system components are automatically selected by the program on the basis of the created 3D installation model, installation parameters, catalogue data and the declared pipe sizing options. The end result is an automatically generated bill of materials. InstalSystem package contains neutral catalogues of pipe and fitting systems (e.g. steel, copper, PP, PEX, PEX/Al/PEX, etc.) and extended library of company catalogues (check the list: Partners offering company versions of programs and catalogues).
The range of product types that can be included in the catalogue

The range of data used
- Products’ names and catalog codes,
- Products’ pictures and short notice “About the company” information, if the catalogue preparation order includes preparation of graphical catalogues,
- Technical data:
- application for items (e.g. heating, sanitary, cooling),
- max. operating temperature and max. operating pressure,
- roughness coefficient, expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity coefficient for pipes,
- diameters and wall thickness for pipes,
- straight lengths (section lengths) in which pipes are delivered,
- technical data of insulation for pre-insulated pipes,
- connection sizes and diameters of manifold beams,
- flow loss coefficient ‘Zeta’ for fittings, manifolds,
- information about possibility of bending the pipe and the max. diameter for pipe bending,
- additional information concerning system connections are also required.
