Base module
- New buttons Graphic grid (grid view) and GNET (snap mode for the grid view) in the blue status bar - additional program modes for working with the drawing grid visible in the 2D editor, making it easier to draw and align elements precisely (watch video):
- The grid automatically adjusts to the view scale, and the cursor can move in steps (GNET mode, shortcut CTRL+G to toggle) according to the grid spacing
- GNET mode is compatible with existing AUTO/ORTO modes and drawing with CTRL/SHIFT, which alternately enable or disable these modes
- Added snapping to characteristic points of polylines - including Midpoint, Perpendicular, Endpoint, Nearest and Ortho snap points [screen]:
- Control of active snap types is available in the AUTO/ORTO mode settings
- Extended the Select from area... function with a new option: selecting elements only from the active floor level (main, additional, or internal) [screen]:
- The new option is available as a separate button in the Project browser - visible only in projects containing more than one level per storey
- Added separated ranges in the Project browser:
- Existing Building structure has been divided into: Building (rooms view) and Building (building elements view)
- Existing Heat load calculations have been divided into: Partition definitions, Definitions of thermal bridges, Building (partitions view), Building (ventilation zone view) and Building (thermal bridges view)
- New checkbox Change the scope to match the selected edit scope allows control of synchronization between the range displayed in the Project browser and the current editing scope in the 2D editor or 3D view
- Added highlighting in the 3D view for the storey level plane currently viewed in 2D (including additional and internal levels) - the active level is visually highlighted with a semi-transparent overlay and a bolded elevation label (watch video)
- Updated the program’s technology to the .NET 8 platform to improve performance and stability

In recognized cases, the solution is to switch graphics rendering to DirectX in the menu: File / Settings / Hardware settings / Graphics settings [screen}
Building structure
- Added a new field in the room data table - Usable floor area [screen]:
- The Usable floor area can be calculated automatically in rooms with sloped roofs. Height thresholds for inclusion and percentage values can be defined in General data under the Room data tab, according to national standards and regulations
- For multi-storey rooms, the Usable floor area is calculated as the sum of the areas of all floors meeting the height criteria
- Separated Volume (gross) and Net volume into two independent fields in the Data table [screen]:
- In the General data window, under the Room data tab, a switch allows the user to choose which volume (gross or net) to use in calculations
- Added the ability to precisely adjust the edge lengths of manually defined rooms using editors displayed directly on the drawing (watch video):
- Lengths can be entered with an accuracy of 1 cm, and the room geometry automatically updates after modification while maintaining its shape
- Added the ability to move manual rooms in the 2D editor (watch video):
- This function works with the GNET mode - movement occurs in fixed steps according to the grid settings
- Supports moving single or multiple rooms simultaneously
- The operation is available only for manual rooms (and the building outline) and requires an active GNET grid
- Room label moved only using the four-arrows icon - prevents accidental movement of manual rooms during editing (behavior of other labels unchanged)
